Training Platform and Records

More information on accessing the training platform can be found here.

Departments can assign a person to have Training Coordinator access in Mosaic by logging a UTS service ticket. This allows them to download a department-wide training record, which can be cleaned up and useful. Here is a VIDEO showing how to do this! Email fhsso@mcmaster.ca if you require help with this.

Here are instructions which allow you to combine your department employee list with the department training record to determine who requires training. If you wish to give this a try and need help, email fhsso@mcmaster.ca
