Executive Committee — Terms of Reference


To support the department chair in setting direction for and managing the department. Key responsibilities will include development, implementation and reporting on an annual strategic academic plan; determining and approving recruitment to the department within an overall academic human resource plan; overseeing departmental finances. It is understood that these duties will be carried out in accordance with university policy and regulations.

Meeting Frequency Three times a year or at the discretion of the chair as required.
