  • Pursue innovative evidence-based education strategies, supporting risk taking.
  • Ensure educational programs anticipate future needs.

Sustain an enabling culture consistent with FHS tenets

  • Optimize the Faculty’s collaborative and interprofessional nature.
  • Maintain an organization that is nimble, creative, innovative and takes advantage of emerging opportunities.
  • Enhance professional development opportunities to support faculty’s diverse needs.

Advance FHS influence and leadership profile locally and globally

  • Lead in the development and evaluation of integrated healthcare delivery models and interprofessional education and care.
