Process for Booking Rooms During COVID-19
As there are curricular activities that can not be achieved virtually and will require the use of an FHS classroom, we have provided a booking form in consultation with CSU and Education Services. Note that the current COVID-19 university mandate stipulates that although in-class and face-to-face meetings are still not permitted, we are aware that there are circumstances where a room may still be required, and instructors will still need rooms to record their programs, etc.
Please click the following link and fill in the survey to let us know your room booking needs for your particular date. The survey will then in turn be sent from CSU to Dr. Robert Whyte, who will be approving the requests. Once your request has been approved, this will be forwarded to FHS Room Bookings, whereby we will be able to book your space.
Note that all room capacities have been modified to align with public health guidelines.
