The Centre for Functional Genomics welcomes students who wish to complete a M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in any area of interest associated with the Centre. Graduate programs within the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Biology, and Department of Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences all provide opportunities for study with the Centre. These programs are regulated by their respective Department and the Centre for Functional Genomics has no direct role in the application and/or acceptance process.
The Faculty of Health Sciences offers graduate programs in six areas of the Health Sciences. Through an interdisciplinary approach to learning, students can be placed in the Centre for Functional Genomics under the supervision of one of our faculty members.

The Department of Biology offers graduate programs leading to M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees. Students interested in a graduate degree in Biology are strongly encouraged to meet the professors of their interest and acquaint themselves with his or her research program before making a decision to pursue graduate studies in that laboratory.
