Dr. Mohit Bhandari along with Drs. Gordan Guyatt and Stephen Walter from Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, has been honoured by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Canadian Medical Association Journal for clinical trial work in fracture care.
The Department of Surgery would like to congratulate the successful applicants to the McMaster Surgical Associates Grants Competition 2011.

The McMaster Surgical Associates Grants Competition has opened the Call for Applications. The deadline is January 17th 2010 at 9 am.
Our Annual Residents’ Research Conference was held November 17th 2010 at St. Joseph’s Healthcare. Congratulations are extended to the winners: Dr. Joshua Teichman, Dr. Micheal Hickey, Dr. Raj Sharma and Dr. Alexandra Nuttall.
The Clinician Investigator Program has announced the successful candidates for the 2011-2012 academic year. Four surgical residents have been accepted and will be the first residents through our new Surgeon Scientist Program.
