Your safety training record is a paper document of the training you have taken. The record should list the training sessions you took, when you took them and who presented the material.
The FHS Safety Office maintains a data base of those who have participated in our training sessions. However, we have been advised that under privacy legislation we are not able to post the entire training data base. For a printout of either an individual, or a CD with departmental records for the department manager, contact our office at extension 24956.
An Orientation Checklist is a tool that helps ensure a new or returning employee is aware of workplace operations. Topics such as safety, security and equipment are covered and and the discussion recorded on the form.
The templates here are in Word format. The form should be downloaded and customized to suit your working environment.
Safety Training Record
A Safety Training Record allows employees to record the safety training they have participated in, when the training took place and who presented the material.
The record demonstrates to a supervisor or an inspector which hazards the employee can safely work with.
