Worker Education

A worker is a person who performs work or supplies services for monetary compensation. NOTE: The information on this web page does not apply to a Learner who is a student on a placement. Learners should follow the “FHS Learners” link posted at the top of this web page.

All workers have to participate in the safety education as required by McMaster University. Then they have to complete Fire Safety education as it relates to the building they work in. Additional safety education will relate to the type of tasks they perform. These could be in a Clinical, Laboratory or Office environment. Finally, a worker must complete specific education sessions related to their role.

The way to use the information here is to identify the type of building you will work in and the type of environment your tasks relate to.

To generate a training record from the MOSAIC system please follow the instructions posted here.
