APPLICATION PROCESS

Application Process

The application package must be fully completed and submitted by August 31st, 2018. You will receive a confirmatory email indicating successful completion of all required forms and documents within 2 weeks' time. Short listed candidates ONLY will be contacted by mid to late September to schedule an interview. Interviews will be conducted in early to mid October and Offers of Acceptance will be issued by late October to early November.

The NEURORADIOLOGY PROGRAM application process consists of the following (5) components:

  1. Personal Statement Letter - include the academic years in which you are applying (address to: Dr. Ramiro Larrazabal)
  2. Curriculum Vitae
  3. Reference Letters – Three (3) reference letters are required and they must include the complete contact information of each referee.
  4. Medical school transcripts
  5. Specialty certificate, degrees, licenses, as applicable.

In addition:
