Dr. Rob Lloyd is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at McMaster University. He completed his MD at University of Toronto, pediatric residency training at Dalhousie University and fellowship training in pediatric critical care at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
In 1998, Dr. Lloyd joined the faculty at McMaster. He served as Medical Director of the Pediatric Critical Care Unit at McMaster Children's Hospital and Division Head of Pediatric Critical Care from 2003-2008.
In 2008, he took on the roles of Medical Director of Clinical Informatics at Hamilton Health Sciences, and LHIN-HHS Medical Informatics Liaison.
Dr. Lloyd's interests include medical informatics, patient safety, team functioning and communication and medical administration.
