Dr. David Callen is an Associate Professor. He joined McMaster University in 2007 in the department of pediatrics after completing his residency program in Pediatric Neurology at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. He is also a staff pediatric neurologist at McMaster Children's Hospital.
Dr. Callen earned his MD from McMaster University and his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto.
He is currently the Program Director of the McMaster Pediatric Neurology Residency and Fellowship Training Program.
Dr. Callen's clinical interests are in pediatric demyelinating disorders, neurodegenerative disorders and electrophysiology – EEG and evoked potentials. His research interests are in advanced neuroimaging techniques, pediatric multiple sclerosis, and evoked potentials.
