One to three weeks before placement, students and clinicians were emailed by the Project Manager to provide placement details (date/time) and to introduce students to the preceptors they would be shadowing during the placement. Clinicians and students were encouraged to communicate with each other regarding placement details: location, and other special circumstances (allergies, etc.).   To see a copy of the email, click here.
