Promoting Collaborative Practice in the Community
Welcome to our online learning toolkit on interprofessional clinical placements in a home care environment. This online toolkit has been designed to provide information on:
- How to establish an interprofessional home care placement program at your own institution.
- Our experiences/lessons learned while conducting an IPE placement program at McMaster University through the PIPER program.
- Information on how to build clinician expertise in facilitating interprofessional collaboration (IPC) in a home care environment with student learners.
To help you get the most of your time here, we've created a list of important definitions which you can refer to at any time.
