St. Peter's Hospital

St. Peter's Hospital is a complex continuing care facility that has a 68-bed inpatient palliative care unit. Residents will work will palliative care patients who predominantly live the remainder of their lives in this care setting. The palliative care service is comprised of a complete interprofessional team.
