The Interprofessional Education in Palliative Care Committee offers an Interprofessional Seminar Series in Palliative Care, an exciting new education series on dying and end of life issues. Learn about the needs of seriously ill and dying patients and their families; the components of care to assist them (physical, psychosocial, and spiritual); the ways that interprofessional teams work together to provide care in an interprofessional setting.
Undergraduate students from health and social science disciplines like Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, OT/PT, Social Work, Radiation Therapy programs, Divinity and others are encouraged to participate.
Hours of attendance can be applied to program credits in some programs. Check with your program administrator for details.
