EXTRA Projects

Along with the residency sessions as the cornerstone of a comprehensive learning design (that includes health information management support, mentors, organizational coaches, academic advisors, regional mentoring centres, and between session e-learning modules), the Intervention Project represents the main vehicle to integrate and translate the learning from the program into practice.

As part of the EXTRA Program requirements, EXTRA Teams submit at the end of the program an Intervention Project Final Report. Below is a list of projects completed (and in progress) by Ontario EXTRA Fellows.
