Welcome to the Medical Sciences Graduate Program!

McMaster University has a long-standing reputation as Canada’s most innovative university and the ‘Medical Sciences’ program has been its flagship graduate program for over 40 years. The main strength of our program is our research faculty, who’s laboratories are carrying out cutting-edge research in multiple health-related areas, including cancer, infection and immunity, cardiovascular disease, genetic disorders, metabolism and nutrition, physiology and pharmacology and epidemiology.
