Research and Academic Interests

Research interests focus on approaches for improving translation of research findings into clinical practice, and on the use of information technology in clinical care. Current research activities include involvement in diabetes-related clinical trials (DREAM, ACCORD, COMPETE, IN-CHARGE). Teaching activities include undergraduate, graduate and resident teaching.
