Education and Professional Standing

Dr. Joda Kuk completed his undergraduate science degree and medical doctorate at McMaster University. He stayed in Hamilton to complete his Radiation Oncology residency at the Juravinski Cancer Centre. Dr. Kuk is currently a staff Radiation Oncologist at Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, in Kitchener, Ontario. He is a member of the breast, thoracic, GI, GU and lymphoma disease site groups.


Dr. Kuk is the founder and chair of Road to Care, a registered Canadian charity that helps patients with cervical cancer access curative treatment in Uganda. To learn more about this initiative, visit Dr. Kuk is recognized as a dynamic and inspiring speaker on the topics of Radiation Oncology and Global Health.

Dr. Kuk teaches medical students, radiation oncology residents and nursing students in his primary practice location at the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre and his satellite practice location at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
