Education and Professional Standing

Dr Sajic completed medical school at the University of Western Ontario and his 5-year residency in dermatology at the University of Toronto.

During his residency, he won the prestigious Women’s Dermatologic Society Mentorship award to study at the Stem Cell Institute at the University of Minnesota. He was also awarded the young investigator award by the Canadian Dermatology Foundation.  

He is currently Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) in the Department of Medicine at McMaster University, where he is involved in teaching medical students, residents and family physicians. In addition, he is actively involved in teaching Dermatology Residents at the University of Toronto. 

He is also an active speaker, and has given lectures and seminars both locally and internationally.   

Research Interests

Dr Sajic is actively involved in clinical research. His research interests include regenerative medicine, inflammation and biologic- based treatment of inflammatory skin conditions. He is currently involved in clinical trials involving Psoriasis, Atopic Dermatitis, Acne, Rosacea, Non invasive fat reduction and skin tightening.
