As a condition of your offer of admission, incoming students must file with the University evidence of a recent health examination, chest x-ray and immunization record, including the Hepatitis B series by early August of the year of admission. More details about the requirements will be provided to those students who are offered admission to the program.
Please note that this is an admission requirement and not an application requirement.
