Since 2000, enrolment has more than doubled, with 203 first-year students being accepted into the program in September 2010. This includes the 28 students for the Waterloo Regional Campus and 28 first-year student at the Niagara Regional Campus.
In 2015, 609 undergraduate MD students are enrolled, along with more than 1,000 medical residents in 59 specialties and sub-specialties.
