1) Recognize the issues around chronic headache diagnosis and pain management.
2) Identify the rationale for the use of joint injections, prolo-therapy and Synvisc in managing MSK type pain.
3) Identify some of the factors to do with assessing and managing impairment associated with cannabis use (e.g. driving a car, operating equipment) and considerations in the provincial approach to this issue.
4) Identify potential approaches to concussion treatment and rehabilitation, and a new guideline directed towards concussion care.
5) Discuss and become aware of the Health Quality Ontario Standard for opiod prescribing for acute pain

• Discuss the Canadian Perspective on Patient Related Outcomes (PRO), its measures (PROMs) and impact on Health Care • Discuss patient related outcomes (PRO) in Inter-Professional Collaboration (IPC), its measurements (Patient Reported Outcomes - PROMs) / assessment and strategies for Incorporating patient related outcomes and patient related outcome measures to transform Inter Professional Collaboration for eye care.
• Discuss existing and emerging technologies for Point of Care Testing (POCT) in eye care and how Implementing point of care testing can improve impact and patient related outcomes including point of care testing and diagnosis in Eye Care in different sub specialty areas that enhance inter-professional collaborative patient centered care including the key challenges.
• Using various CME methods including meet the experts' forum and others, describe the different innovative information and communication technologies and practical approaches to co-manage the common eye surgical problems that present to the primary-care physician including the knowledge and skills for ophthalmic examination.

Developing Resilience through Applied Mindfulness (DRAM)
