Resident Spotlight: Marco Yeung

Marco Yeung is currently a second year orthopaedic surgery resident at McMaster University. He completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences degree here at McMaster University, and graduated from the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine in 2012.

His clinical and research interests in orthopaedic surgery are in trauma, investigating the global geographical distribution of hip fracture surgical trials under the mentorship of Dr. Bhandari, as well as in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery, focusing on the global trends of surgical management in femoroacetabular impingement under the mentorship of Dr. Ayeni.

In his spare time, Marco enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing basketball, and riding his motorcycle.
