Deadline for submission of complete application file to the Office of the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies (Health Sciences) (MDCL 2235) to start in September 2011 is March 15, 2011. Students starting in the Fall 2011 must complete the basic requirements of the program by June 30, 2012.

Please note that there is an additional fee of $3,717.36 above the regular tuition fees for the Diploma in Health Services & Policy Research program.

Student stipends of up to $15,000 may be available for selected students to help cover tuition fees.
