FHS Research Plenary |
FHS Research Plenary | http://fhs.mcmaster.ca/grad/plenary2012.html Poster sessions will once again be held in the Jan and Mien Heersink Reading Pavilion (of the HS Library) in both the morning and afternoon of Tuesday, May 8th and Wednesday, May 9th. Oral sessions will follow on Thursday, May 10th, with multiple sessions being held during both the morning and afternoon A call for abstracts will go out shortly; your assistance in circulating this information is appreciated. Abstracts are due in graduate programs by March 16th. Graduate programs may then select their chosen poster and oral submissions, and provide this information (to williaeg@mcmaster.ca) by March 30th for inclusion in these sessions. A copy of programs’ allocations and the submission format are attached for reference. ● Award nominations are also being accepted, for Graduate Student, Postdoctoral Fellow and Faculty Awards. A complete listing of awards and nomination materials may be found online at: http://fhs.mcmaster.ca/grad/plenary2012.html. Faculty supervisors are strongly encouraged to nominate graduate students and postdocs for applicable awards. Nomination materials are due in HSGP by March 16th. All Plenary award winners will be notified by the HSGP office prior to the Awards Reception. ● The complete listing of Graduate Program Award winners (including full name and email) is due on March 16th (to williaeg@mcmaster.ca).
