We are excited to announce the launch of HiREB.ca, the new website for the Hamilton Integrated Research Ethics Board. You will see we have a new look and we invite you to visit the website. Our goal is to continue to provide you with up to date information and most importantly you will access the new eREB on line submission system through the website. We are very close to launching the eREB system and want to bring to your attention some important dates.

May Deadline Submissions

We will be accepting new applications in the eREB system effective the May submission dates of May 12 and May 26, 2015 (these are the submission deadline dates for the June 3 & June 16 meetings).

If you have already started an application for the May submission deadlines we recommend that you create a user account and transfer this information into an online submission on the eREB system.

If you are planning to submit a new study for the upcoming May 12 and May 26 submission deadlines please note you will need to create an account within our submission system to access any of electronic REB applications. If you have started completing the paper-based form we suggest you create a user account and transfer this information into the electronic form so that going forward all submissions related to your study can be done electronically.

We are available to assist you with any questions related to the electronic process. Please contact Tina Arnosti arnoschr@hhsc.ca regarding user account set up.
