When downloading something from the web, follow these instructions:

• If a screen appears with a title "Warning..." choose "Save it to disk" then "Ok" 
• If a screen appears with a title " Unknown File Type" choose "Save File"  then "Save"
  REMEMBER WHERE YOU SAVE THE FILES!
  
• Once the file has been completely downloaded, open the appropriate program to read the file.
  • *.doc = Microsoft Word, or a new version of WordPerfect (6 or higher)
  • *.wpd = WordPerfect, or a new version of Microsoft Word (Office 97 or higher)
  • *.pdf = Adobe Acrobat
