February	February 28th - renewals of part time appointments at all ranks (including Adjunct) February 28th - promotion of part time faculty (Lecturer to Assistant, Assistant to Associate)
March		Promotions to Professor receive Board Approval
April
May	May 15th - Clinical Scholar appointments and renewals	Part time appointment renewals receive approval by FHS Part time promotions (Lecturer - Assistant & Assistant - Associate) receive approval by FHS
June
July		July 1st - Promotions and renewals take effect
August	August 1st - renewal of Special/Tenure-Track/Teaching Track appointments August 1st - Tenure/CAWAR/Permanence Dossiers
September	Departments to submit list of Visitors for past academic year
October	October 15th - Renewal of Contractually Limited Appointments October 15th - Promotion to Professor Dossiers (both Full-Time and Part-Time)	SCA reviews Tenure/CAWAR/ Permanence submissions
November	November 1st - Research Leave requests	Research Leave requests approved
December		Tenure/CAWAR/Permanence requests receive Board approval
