Departments and Programs requiring file storage will need to utilize Iron Mountain. Due to availability of confidential and secure space, on site storage of files and records is not available at the McMaster site. Iron Mountain is a secure and confidential off-site records retention service. Departments will be able to manage and track their own record retention by using Iron Mountain’s on line system. Please refer to the download form for summary of rates.
Note: Departments will need to contact Chris Humeniuk directly to set up a department ID for an Iron Mountain account. Departments should not set up accounts on their own.
