Academic Interests

Mark's main role at Innomar includes the design, coordination and analysis of Phase IV research studies for the Pharmaceutical Industry.  These represent excellent Co-op and Thesis opportunities for students interested in Health Services Research and the Pharma sector.  Mark's current interests focus on drug safey, pharmacovigilance, and the use of Data Analytics in health care. Examples of his work include evaluation of ER Wait Times, Care Maps, ER wait times, Patient Safety and Quality of Care programs using administrative data. In addition, Mark is also interested in e-Health and Clinical Decision Support tools.
